The best.. quite relative term.
For me, FL Studio is best.
In VSTs, there are LOT that would come in BEST category of mine. Eg., Voxengo’s plugins, mda plugins, FL defaults..
You can even create your own vst plugins using SynthEdit or FL’s new vst creation tool.
