Hope I have done some justice to the originall song…I know there are some issues w.r.t urdu diction, which I noticed after recording. I was too lazy to correct them…Please bear with me in the respect…

When the vocals started, I thought its original. Wow. Its one of my favorite, too.. and you’ve really given total justice to the track.

However, you need to..
– sit down in a calm mood & peaceful place
– think and think and think
– and then jot down your feelings into words, about anything, your life, your past, something that emerges from within
– arrange it later, and create some lyrics
– then meet some composer here to start your own song.

I have never ever tried to write lyrics in my life, nor do I have the sort of command over the language.. Anyway through this forum I am requesting someone to please come forward with lyrics if they have, which can be used as you suggested…

I found this song sung by you at a faster tempo than the cover version….perhaps a more relaxed approach would have brought out the effect fuller and richer.
As usual, you voice quality and rendition is excellent.
this is nice rendition….
I felt some pronounciation problem…specially with urdu word like GUM …
as it was vey fast one…i guess it doesn’t get time to feel the feelings of yhe song…
rest is nice as always…
Mr. Krishnan, excellent rendition. As soon as I heard your voice, I thought this was the original. Your voice is very close to Jagjit Singh’s voice. Only one thing is that “kya gum hai” was a bit flat, I would only polish that one part. Apart from that, it sounds super. I rate it 4.99/5

ENVEEK - In my “Second Innings”
I think Ghazal singing is one of the toughest genre and you are so at ease with it ..I never thought I could enjoy this song in someone else’s voice but I did !! One of my fav song ..I had a double album “Arth and Saath Saath” which I used to play all the time :)
